PREATONI Group Announces Robust Q3 Revenue for Pro Kapital Grupp

Paris, 17 November 2025 - PREATONI Group has reported significant revenue growth for its subsidiary, AS Pro Kapital Grupp, for Q3 2025. Specializing in hospitality assets and real estate, the group operates in Egypt, Italy, and the Baltic States.

In Estonia, the Kristiine City project saw progress, with the White Building achieving a 73.1% sell-out. The Kalaranna development also neared completion, with a sell-out rate of 60.9%. In Latvia, construction started on the Blue Marine project. In Lithuania, the Šaltinių Namai Attico project progressed with substantial completion expected by the year's end.

Financially, Pro Kapital's Q3 revenue rose to €5.7 million, marking a 55.4% increase from Q3 2024. For the nine months ending September, revenue surged to €34.3 million, a 223.1% rise from the previous year. The company reported a net income of €6.0 million.
