Precia Molen's Revenue Stability in 2025 and Acquisition in Africa
In 2025, Precia Molen expects stable revenue of €168.9 million, despite organic growth of 2.6%. The fourth quarter generated €43.1 million, slightly below the 2024 target with a decrease of 0.2%. All regions showed organic growth, with France at 2.4% and Asia-Pacific at 5.0%. Lithuania stood out with a notable increase of 17.2%.
The year saw a negative impact from scope and exchange rate effects, primarily in France and India. The outlook for 2026 remains cautious given the economic uncertainty, exacerbated by weakness in Lithuania. In parallel, Precia Molen acquired a 55% stake in Deftrade in Benin, thereby strengthening its presence in West Africa.
