Predictiv AI's Shift Technologies Signs Contract with Sri Lanka's Prompt Xpress

Predictiv AI Inc.'s subsidiary, Shift Technologies Inc. ("Shift AI"), has secured a multi-phase contract with Prompt Xpress, a leading logistics network in Sri Lanka. This marks a major commercial deployment under Predictiv AI's joint venture with Arcasia Holdings.

The contract involves deploying Shift AI's transportation management system across Prompt Xpress's extensive network, which spans over 300 transport trucks and 90 branches. This deployment aims to digitize and optimize middle-mile logistics, enhancing fleet orchestration, route optimization, and vehicle tracking.

Phase one, initiated in May 2026, focuses on infrastructure improvements and real-time data integration using Shiftmatics devices. This operational phase sets the foundation for future last-mile solutions, expected to launch by the end of Q3, to improve end-to-end logistics efficiency.
