Amendment to the liquidity contract between PREDILIFE and TSAF
On June 11, 2025, PREDILIFE, a company listed on Euronext Growth and specializing in the use of artificial intelligence for predicting disease risks, announced changes to its liquidity contract with TSAF, initially signed in December 2018.
This new amendment allowed PREDILIFE to recover €50,000 in cash and 2,000 of its own shares. At the end of 2024, the liquidity account included 7,697 company shares and €71,846.93.
PREDILIFE integrates artificial intelligence with medical data to anticipate diseases, thus offering personalized monitoring for optimized predictive medicine.
