Prismaflex Faces Revenue Decline in Challenging Context
The third quarter of 2025-2026 saw Prismaflex International Group's revenue fall by 14.9% to €12.3 million compared to the previous year. The unfavourable exchange rates and a downturn in the Home Decor market significantly impacted the Printing business, which contracted by 4.0% over the first nine months. The Hardware division faced even greater challenges with a 13.3% decrease, despite a slight rise in LED sales.
The company's order backlog rose to €10.8 million by the end of December, aided by strong order intake, particularly from Canada. The Hardware segment's backlog reached €5.2 million, with deliveries expected before the fiscal year's close. The Printing segment showed resilience, driven by demand in the Communication sector.
Looking ahead, Prismaflex is cautiously optimistic about improved trends in the fourth quarter, hoping to counterbalance economic headwinds and end the fiscal year on a more positive note.
