Prismaflex: Update of voting rights as of March 31, 2026

Prismaflex announces an update to its voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The share capital consists of 1,360,490 shares, with a total of 2,065,703 theoretical voting rights. However, after excluding shares without voting rights, the number of exercisable voting rights is 2,058,403.
