Prismaflex: Update of voting rights as of December 31, 2024

Prismaflex, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, has communicated the details relating to its voting rights as of December 31, 2024. The total number of shares constituting the capital is 1,360,490. The theoretical voting rights amount to 2,066,494.

Regarding treasury shares, the company does not hold any registered shares and has 7,245 bearer shares, which does not affect the total voting rights to be exercised. Consequently, the exercisable voting rights amount to 2,059,249.
