Private Equity Holding AG Reports April 2026 Net Asset Value
On May 13, 2026, Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share as of April 30, 2026. The value was reported at EUR 155.86, or CHF 142.92, marking a decline of 0.8% in EUR and 1.6% in CHF since the end of March 2026. The negative portfolio performance was attributed to adverse foreign exchange movements despite positive underlying performance in fund currency.
Significant positive valuation adjustments were noted in some of PEH’s portfolio funds, especially Alpha CEE Opportunity IV, which benefited from gains in its listed investment, Kaspi. During the period, PEH's portfolio was cash-flow negative, with distributions of EUR 1.9 million against investments of EUR 2.7 million. The sale of Wiz, Inc. generated the largest distribution.
PEH also made four new commitments totaling EUR 17 million to various European-focused funds targeting mid-market and lower mid-market companies. These strategic investments reflect the company’s continued focus on growth and diversification within its robust investment portfolio.
