Private Equity Holding AG Reports February 2026 NAV
Private Equity Holding AG announced its Net Asset Value (NAV) as of February 28, 2026, at EUR 152.66 per share, marking a 1.0% increase in EUR since January 31, 2026. In CHF, the NAV rose by 0.2% to CHF 138.71. This growth was primarily driven by portfolio valuations and a stronger USD.
The portfolio experienced positive valuation changes in funds such as Procuritas VI and Highland Europe I. Significant gains were also noted from a US-based venture fund. An artificial intelligence software provider also experienced a favorable valuation adjustment.
However, the portfolio cash flow was negative, with distributions totaling EUR 0.4m compared to EUR 1.3m invested. The largest distribution came from the sale of PrimeRx by TA Associates XIV.
PEH made three new commitments in February, including investments in Highland Europe Technology Growth VI and two funds managed by Francisco Partners.
