Private Equity Holding AG Reports July 2026 Net Asset Value
Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) announced a Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of EUR 156.51 (CHF 145.68) as of July 31, 2026. This reflects a change of -0.7% in EUR and +0.2% in CHF since June 30, 2026. The shift includes a CHF 1.00 dividend paid on July 10, 2026.
The portfolio faced challenges due to valuation adjustments in various positions and adverse foreign exchange movements, despite gains in several funds such as Alpha CEE Opportunity IV and Mid Europa Fund IV, and direct co-investment in Shawbrook Bank.
The portfolio was cash flow negative, with EUR 2.2 million in distributions versus EUR 6.2 million paid into it. Significant distributions were noted from a US-based biotechnology investment and Milan's Bending Spoons.
New commitments included USD 4.0 million to a late-stage growth fund, USD 4.5 million to an early-stage venture fund, and USD 1.8 million to a seed fund.
