Procedures for Consulting Preparatory Documents for the Seaside Resort Assemblies
On September 18, 2026, the Société des Bains de Mer will hold its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings in Monaco. These meetings will take place at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. The Ordinary General Meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Extraordinary General Meeting. A notice of meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on August 5, 2026.
Shareholders received a notice of meeting along with the agenda on the same day. Documents relating to these meetings are available on the company's website. For any further information, the Securities Department can be contacted by email.
