Prodware announces the postponement of the publication of its 2023 annual results

Prodware, a major player in the field of IT innovation, has communicated a change in the schedule for the publication of its annual results for the year 2023. Initially scheduled for March 7, the report will finally be released on Thursday April 4, 2024 after the stock market closes. This postponement is due to additional time required to finalize the financial statements, a direct consequence of the external growth operations carried out over the past year.

Involved in the development of advanced technological solutions such as Cloud, artificial intelligence and IoT applications, Prodware continues to engage in innovation to serve its international customers. The company, which celebrated its 30th anniversary, stands out for its significant contributions in the manufacturing, sales, distribution, professional services and finance sectors.
