Prodways Group transfers its shares to Euronext Growth Paris

On June 16, 2025, Prodways Group formalized the transfer of the listing of its shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris, effective from June 18, 2025. This approach, approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 10, 2025 and by the Euronext Admissions Committee on June 13, 2025, aims to align the company with a market adapted to SMEs.

The transfer will reduce regulatory burdens and optimize the resources required for listing. Prodways will continue to comply with financial reporting requirements under the European Market Abuse Regulation. The share will retain its ISIN code FR0012613610, but the ticker symbol will change to ALPWG.
