Progress Report on Silver Tiger's El Tigre Project
Silver Tiger Metals Inc. has announced a construction update for its El Tigre Project in Sonora, Mexico. The project is advancing on schedule with the aim to begin commissioning and achieve the first pour by December 2027. The engineering and construction team has nearly completed its setup, with 166 members actively engaged and over 100,000-man hours recorded.
Procurement of essential equipment, such as the crusher plant and Merrill-Crowe refinery, has been finalized. Land clearing and flora/fauna management stand at 60% completion. The main access road improvements are underway, with 25% already accomplished. Grid power access has been secured through Comision Federal de Electricidad.
The company has also transitioned to exploration drilling, focusing on high-potential vein systems in the project's northern zone. This move aligns with El Tigre North Mine Design goals outlined in the January 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment.
