Prologue sells its digitization business to Ténor
The Prologue Group has announced the sale of its document digitization business in France to Ténor. This transaction, effective January 1, 2026, is part of Prologue's strategy to refocus on its most profitable activities. In 2024, this business generated €2 million in revenue, with a projected decrease to €1.7 million in 2025. The operating result was a loss of €0.25 million in 2024.
The sale price is set at €0.5 million, with the possibility of an additional payment of €0.3 million depending on future sales. This transaction concludes a year marked by the restructuring of the Prologue group, notably with the sale of its subsidiaries M2i and O2i. Prologue is still seeking a buyer for its Latin American operations.
