Prologue sells its subsidiary O2i Ingénierie to the Archos group
Prologue announced the sale of its subsidiary O2i Ingénierie to the Archos group. This company specializes in the sale of IT hardware, licenses, and services related to companies such as Apple and Adobe. In 2024, O2i Ingénierie generated consolidated revenue of €11 million and posted a slightly positive operating profit.
This sale is part of Prologue's strategy to focus on higher value-added activities. For the Archos group, the acquisition complements its objective of becoming a major player in digital transformation, meeting the needs of institutional and industrial clients. The expected value of this transaction is €0.3 million.
The transaction still requires approval from Prologue's employee representative bodies and is expected to close on July 1, 2025.
