Prospect Ridge Partners with Equity Exploration for BC Projects

Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. has announced a strategic two-year partnership with Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. The deal covers the Holy Grail and Knauss Creek projects in British Columbia, along with potential new acquisitions. Equity Exploration, with over 250 projects in BC, will manage exploration work, offering expertise in structural geology, 3D modeling, and project management.

This collaboration provides Prospect Ridge with immediate access to skilled exploration personnel, enhancing their project execution and reducing overhead. The agreement is expected to maximize success on the company's critical metals and gold exploration strategies.

Prospect Ridge aims to leverage its strong balance sheet to identify undervalued copper-gold porphyry targets in BC, benefiting from Equity Exploration's capabilities. The field program is set to begin after the alpine snow melts, with a detailed review of prior exploration data already underway.
