Provision of documents for the Boiron General Meeting
Boiron has announced the availability of the preparatory documents for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 21, 2026. Shareholders are invited to attend this meeting, which will be held in Messimy. The agenda and resolutions were published in the Official Gazette on April 13, 2026.
The necessary documents are available on the company website and will be accessible from April 29, 2026. Registered shareholders can request that these documents be sent by email. For bearer shareholders, a certificate of registration is required. The documents will also be available for consultation at the company's registered office.
