Provision of documents for the Pierre et Vacances General Meeting

Pierre & Vacances has announced the procedures for making available the preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting. This meeting will be held on September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the Étoile Saint-Honoré Conference Center in Paris. The agenda and draft resolutions were published on August 5, 2026, in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO).

Shareholders can access these documents on the Pierre & Vacances website, under the section dedicated to general meetings. Registered shareholders can request to receive specific documents before September 29. These documents are also available for consultation at the head office for 15 days prior to the meeting.
