PSI Software SE Increases Capital by 29 Million Euros
Berlin, July 15, 2026 – PSI Software SE has announced a cash capital increase from authorized capital, securing 29 million euros in funds. The Executive Board approved this measure with the Supervisory Board's consent. As a result, 644,444 new shares will be issued at 45.00 euros each. This strategic move aims to bolster PSI's equity base and aid its refinancing efforts.
Warburg Pincus supports this initiative through Zest BidCo GmbH, fully subscribing to the capital increase. The share capital will thus rise by 1,649,776.64 euros, totaling 41,835,033.60 euros. Previously holding an 82.3% stake, Warburg Pincus's involvement will boost its share to approximately 83%.
