PSI Delays 2025 Financial Statement Release to May 2026
PSI Software SE has announced a postponement of its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements publication to May 2026. Initially set for the end of April 2026, the delay arises from pending formalities in PSI's tender offer by Warburg Pincus to its shareholders. The completion of this audit is contingent on approval under the investment control regulations by Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. PSI expects this approval soon.
The company confirms that its 2025 fiscal year results align with expectations and have undergone auditor review. Following the audit completion, PSI intends to release these financial statements promptly and organize its Annual General Meeting. A specific release date will be announced once determined.
