PSI Software Delays 2025 Financial Report Release
PSI Software SE has announced a delay in the release of its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements. Originally set for March 31, 2026, the publication will now occur by the end of April 2026. The postponement is attributed to the need for a final assessment of accounting specifics linked to the Investment Agreement from October 2025.
Despite this delay, PSI showcased strong financial performance in 2025, with new orders rising by 25% to reach 322 million euros, compared to 257 million euros from the previous year. The company upholds its projection targets, indicating an approximately 10% increase in revenue growth and an adjusted EBIT margin of 4% for 2025.
PSI specializes in developing software solutions to enhance the flow of energy and materials across utilities and industries. With over 2,300 employees, PSI has been a pioneer in process control systems since 1969, merging AI technologies with conventional optimization methodologies.
