PSI Software Delays 2025 Financial Statement Release to June 2026
PSI Software SE has announced a further postponement of its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements. Initially set for May 2026, the release is now expected in June 2026. The delay results from pending conditions related to Warburg Pincus's tender offer, notably the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy's approval under investment control regulations. PSI anticipates obtaining this approval shortly.
The company has confirmed that its 2025 fiscal financial results align with expectations and have undergone review by auditors. Upon completion of necessary formalities, PSI intends to promptly release the audited statements and organize the Annual General Meeting.
