Publication of Boiron's voting rights as of December 31, 2025
On January 9, 2026, Boiron published the legal information concerning its capital and voting rights for the period ending December 31, 2025. In accordance with the requirements of Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, Boiron announced important figures for its shareholders.
The total number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 17,545,408. The gross total of voting rights is 17,813,372. However, when treasury shares are deducted, the net total of voting rights amounts to 17,630,239.
