Publication of Ipsos shares and voting rights for April 2026
On May 27, 2026, Ipsos published its monthly information regarding the number of shares comprising its share capital and the total voting rights. As of April 30, 2026, the number of shares comprising Ipsos' share capital stood at 43,203,225. The total theoretical voting rights amounted to 49,450,514, while the exercisable voting rights totaled 48,402,208.
These figures comply with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The total number of voting rights is calculated including shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF regulations. This information is available on the Ipsos website under the "Regulated Information" section.
