On January 14, 2026, STEF published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2025. According to the press release, the share capital consists of 12,850,000 shares. This figure reflects the company's current capital structure.
The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 22,844,652. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, reaching 22,643,915. This difference is explained by private actions without voting rights, such as treasury shares.
