Publication of voting rights by Fermentalg
On October 2, 2026, Fermentalg announced statistics relating to its voting rights and shares. As of September 30, 2026, the company's share capital comprised 119,968,731 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights associated with each share was 141,730,017, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 141,556,369. These figures include treasury shares.
The calculation of theoretical voting rights is based on all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Fermentalg plans to publish its results for the first half of 2026 on October 6, 2026, after market close.
