Publicis Groupe successfully issues €1.25 billion in bonds
On June 4, 2025, Publicis Groupe SA announced the successful issuance of a €1.25 billion bond. This transaction consisted of two separate tranches: one of €600 million with a fixed rate of 2.875% maturing in June 2029 and another of €650 million at a rate of 3.375% maturing in June 2032.
The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes. This offering is part of the Euro Medium Term Note program, launched on May 16, 2025. BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, and Citi led the offering along with other leading international banks.
The bonds will not be offered in certain countries including the United States, Australia, Japan and Canada, in accordance with local regulations.
