Publicis Groupe has announced the successful pricing of EUR 500 million in notes due September 2030. Issued under the company's Euro Medium Term Note Program, these bonds will carry a fixed annual coupon of 4.125%. MMS USA Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, will issue the bonds, with Publicis Groupe providing an unconditional guarantee.

The raised capital will finance the acquisition of LiveRamp, pending customary approvals and anticipated to conclude by the end of 2026. The transaction was led by Citi, with BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, HSBC, and Lloyds as Joint Lead Managers.

This move forms part of Publicis Groupe's strategic financial execution as it seeks to expand its digital and data capabilities through acquisitions like LiveRamp.
