Publicis Groupe: Summary of Transactions in Own Shares
Between March 2 and March 6, 2026, Publicis Groupe carried out several transactions as part of its share buyback program, adopted at the General Meeting of May 27, 2025. These transactions were carried out via BOFA Securities Europe SA.
In total, 355,233 shares were repurchased by the group at a weighted average price of EUR 74.4193, representing a total daily gross amount of EUR 26,436,191.20. The transactions primarily took place on the XPAR marketplace, with volumes ranging from 67,667 shares on March 6 to 72,954 shares on March 3, 2026.
These transactions confirm Publicis Groupe's strategy of actively managing its capital, increasing the value of its shares while strengthening its financial structure.
