Purchase of treasury shares by TotalEnergies
From June 8 to 12, 2026, TotalEnergies carried out share purchases in accordance with the authorizations granted by the Annual General Meeting of May 29, 2026. The transactions took place on the XPAR and CEUX markets. The total volume of shares acquired was 1,750,151, with a weighted average price of EUR 77.14 per share, for a total cost of EUR 134,999,798.33.
This operation falls within the framework of share buyback regulations. Daily quantities acquired vary, with June 8th marking the highest volume at 296,966 shares at a price of EUR 77.83 on XPAR.
