Quadient launches a share buyback program
On June 29, 2026, Quadient announced the availability of the description of its share buyback program. The Board of Directors initiated this program on June 18, 2026, following authorization by the Annual General Meeting in accordance with resolution 13.
This program complies with Articles 241-1 et seq. of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), Articles L. 22-10-62 et seq. of the French Commercial Code, as well as European Regulations No. 596/2014 and No. 2016/1052.
