Rational's Strategic Expansion in China with the iCombi One

Rational AG, a leader in thermal food preparation technology, is reinforcing its China footprint with the launch of the iCombi One, a combi oven specifically designed for Chinese cuisine. Developed and manufactured in China, this product marks a significant leap for Rational, leveraging their 20-year experience in the Chinese market.

CEO Dr. Peter Stadelmann highlighted China's potential, noting that combi oven technology, while largely unknown, is gaining acceptance. The company's strategy includes training initiatives and establishing robust local sales and service networks. The iCombi One, available in compact sizes, caters to diverse cooking needs, replacing multiple traditional appliances in standardized kitchens.

Rational will also enhance its German operations, maintaining the iCombi Pro's production, which holds strong international growth potential. The new product will debut publicly at Hotelex in Shanghai.
