REA Holdings Plc a récemment annoncé un changement concernant la participation de la famille Robinow, actionnaire important de la société. Le 18 septembre 2025, Phebe Robinow a cédé l'intégralité de ses actions ordinaires d'Emba Holdings Limited à son fils, Luke Robinow, par donation. Emba Holdings, détenue à 100 % par la famille Robinow, conserve sa participation de 29,71 % dans REA Holdings, détenant 13 022 420 actions ordinaires.
Luke Robinow est actuellement président-directeur général de la principale filiale opérationnelle de REA, PT REA Kaltim Plantations, et devrait devenir directeur général de REA à partir de janvier 2026. Cette décision n'affecte pas la participation actuelle d'Emba dans la société.
