R.E.A. Holdings plc Announces Changes in Board of Directors

R.E.A. Holdings plc has confirmed key changes to its board of directors effective from January 28, 2026. Carol Gysin steps down as group managing director and is succeeded by Luke Robinow, who has been with the company since 2008. Robinow, residing in Indonesia, has held significant roles within the company, including president director of the Indonesian subsidiary, PT REA Kaltim Plantations, since 2018.

Gysin, while stepping down, will take on the role of overseeing the group's London office as an executive director on a part-time basis. Additionally, Grant Lutz joins the board as a non-executive director in anticipation of retirements at the upcoming AGM. Lutz brings over 40 years of experience in the agricultural sector across Africa and Asia and has been a part of REA Kaltim since April 2025.
