REALITES postpones the publication of its 2025 annual accounts
REALITES, a French real estate developer, has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. Initially scheduled for May 31, 2026, this publication is now planned for June 26, 2026. This postponement is necessary to finalize the accounting and audit work, as part of the exit from receivership decided by the Commercial Court of Nantes in February 2026.
The company has stated its commitment to meeting this new deadline and will keep the market informed of any developments. REALITES, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, is continuing its operations with an organization focused on its core business despite recent financial difficulties.
