Recticel Announces Capital Increase via Subscription Rights
On September 30, 2026, Recticel announced the increase of its share capital due to the exercise of 127,500 subscription rights from a warrant plan established on June 29, 2020. This led to the issuance of 127,500 new ordinary shares, which are set to begin trading on Euronext Brussels from October 2, 2026.
As a result, the total subscribed capital increased from EUR 142,746,050 to EUR 143,064,800. The total number of shares with voting rights rose from 57,098,420 to 57,225,920, and the number of outstanding subscription rights decreased from 2,645,000 to 2,517,500.
