Recticel Announces Capital Increase Following Subscription Rights Exercise
On 29 August 2025, Recticel increased its share capital. This was achieved through the exercise of 6,000 subscription rights from a warrant plan initiated on 28 June 2019. Consequently, 6,000 new ordinary shares were issued. These shares will begin trading on Euronext Brussels on 2 September 2025.
The capital increase brings the total subscribed capital to EUR 141,717,300, up from EUR 141,702,300. The total number of shares with voting rights has increased to 56,686,920 from 56,680,920. Additionally, the total number of outstanding subscription rights is now 2,691,500.
