Recticel Announces Shareholding Changes by Janus Henderson and Jupiter Topco

Recticel, listed on Euronext (RECT), has disclosed two significant transparency notifications dated 6 July 2026. The notifications concern changes in shareholdings by Janus Henderson Group plc and Jupiter Topco LLC as of 30 June 2026.

The first notification reveals that Janus Henderson Group plc now holds 0.0% of Recticel's voting rights after transferring shares, dropping below the 5% shareholding threshold. Previously, Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited held 2,825,200 voting rights.

On the other hand, Jupiter Topco LLC increased its stake to 7.85%, surpassing the 5% threshold, by acquiring 4,478,494 voting rights through Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited.

The transaction details were made in compliance with Belgian law on the disclosure of significant holdings in listed companies, aiming to maintain transparency in corporate ownership.
