As a result, 30,000 new ordinary shares were created and will be available for trading on Euronext Brussels starting May 5, 2026.
Post-exercise, the subscribed capital rose from EUR 141,882,300 to EUR 141,957,300. The total number of shares with voting rights increased from 56,752,920 to 56,782,920. The outstanding subscription rights number decreased from 2,625,500 to 2,595,500.
This development is part of Recticel's ongoing strategies to consolidate its financial position. Recticel specializes in insulation, offering innovative solutions across Europe and the USA. The company employed 1,311 people by the end of 2025 with sales reaching EUR 655.1 million.
