Recticel Reports Continued Volume Growth in Q3 2025

Stock price chart of RECTICEL (EBR:RECT) showing fluctuations.

Recticel achieved noteworthy organic volume growth in its Insulated Panels and Insulation Boards segments during the third quarter of 2025. However, sales experienced a slight decline of 0.9%, from EUR 156.6 million to EUR 155.2 million, attributed to a significant decrease in raw material costs. Year-to-date sales saw an increase of 7.7%, rising from EUR 455.2 million to EUR 490.4 million.

Strategic acquisitions include a 70% stake in Kuras BV, enhancing Recticel’s position in the Dutch market, and full ownership of Turvac d.o.o., valued at EUR 4.2 million and EUR 2.0 million, respectively. A new facility in Tennessee and a recycling plant in Belgium mark key expansions, with production anticipated in late 2026.

The outlook is optimistic, with European permits and mortgage demand rebounding. Recticel remains committed to introducing higher added-value products, particularly in the data center market.
