Reeflex Solutions Inc. has reported a return to quarterly profitability for the third quarter of fiscal 2026. The company achieved revenues of $4.8 million and a net income of $0.4 million, marking a significant improvement from a net loss of $2.5 million in the same period of the previous year. This performance was driven by the stronger operational results of Coil Solutions Inc., absence of one-time expenses from the previous year, and reduced professional fees.

Revenues for the third quarter increased from $0.6 million in 2025, driven by contributions from CSI. Gross profit also rose to $1.5 million. For the nine-month period ending May 31, 2026, Reeflex reported $10.8 million in revenue but a net loss of $0.5 million. However, the company generated $1.4 million in cash from operations over this period.
