Reinet Investments S.C.A. Updates Share Buyback Programme

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has announced an update to its ongoing share buyback programme. Between July 6 and July 10, 2026, the company repurchased 409,935 ordinary shares. These acquisitions took place on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 444.02 per share. The highest recorded price was ZAR 452.81, while the lowest was ZAR 438.13, resulting in a total expenditure of approximately ZAR 182.1 million, equivalent to €9.8 million, excluding transaction costs.

This purchase is part of the programme initiated on June 18, 2026. To date, Reinet has repurchased 1,291,099 ordinary shares, amassing a total cost of approximately ZAR 582.6 million (€31.2 million), excluding additional transaction costs.
