Reinet Investments S.C.A. Updates on Share Buyback Programme

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has completed the repurchase of 494,417 ordinary shares from October 19 to October 23, 2026. These shares were acquired on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 447.38, with the highest price reaching ZAR 451.57 and the lowest at ZAR 441.52. The total expenditure for this transaction amounted to approximately ZAR 221.2 million (€11.9 million), excluding transaction costs.

This buyback is part of the programme announced on August 13, 2026. To date, Reinet has repurchased a total of 5,487,915 ordinary shares. The cumulative cost of these transactions is around ZAR 2,400.6 million (€128.8 million), also excluding transaction costs.
