Reju Expands Network in Textile Regeneration through Mill Collaborations

Reju, specializing in textile-to-textile regeneration, has announced partnerships with six mills to enhance the integration of regenerated polyester into the global supply chain. These collaborations involve A. Sampaio, RDD Textiles, Swisstex Direct, Tintex Textiles, FOV Fabrics, and Utenos, spanning Europe and the United States. The initiative aims to advance Reju's industrial-scale efforts and establish a global network for premium knitting and finishing processes.

The six mills contribute unique capabilities: circular knit design, chain-of-custody verified recycling, and sustainability-certified dyeing, necessary for transforming raw regenerated polyester into market-ready fabrics. This strategic move aligns with Reju's expansion plans for its Regeneration Hub network, poised to fulfill market demands for high-quality regenerated textiles.

Recent advancements for Reju include securing €135 million in funding and establishing regeneration hubs in North America and France. CEO Patrik Frisk emphasizes the importance of these partnerships in achieving a sustainable textile circular system.
