Sarah Weber Appointed Board Chair of Relevant Gold

Relevant Gold Corp. has announced that Sarah Weber, P.Geo., has been named Independent Chair of the Board. This appointment is effective immediately. She has been an Independent Director since 2021. As President and CEO of C3 Alliance Corp., Weber has over 20 years of experience in strategic advisory and consulting within the natural resource sector.

Weber's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia and an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University. Her expertise in building partnerships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders is well recognized. This skill set, combined with her record of enhancing governance, is anticipated to strengthen Relevant Gold's board oversight as exploration and growth accelerate.
