Renault SA: Share Buybacks from February 20 to 25, 2026
Renault SA announced that it carried out share buybacks between February 20 and 25, 2026. These transactions are part of the employee share ownership plan "Shareplan 2026". The mandate for these buybacks was entrusted to an investment services provider with a maximum target of 600,000 shares, all dedicated to covering Renault Group's obligations.
During this period, Renault purchased a total of 600,000 shares over several days. The weighted average purchase price of these shares was €32.4422. All these transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
