Renault S.A. has disclosed the total number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. According to the French Commercial Code and the French stock market authority's regulation, Renault confirms the issuance of 295,722,284 shares. This figure corresponds to a theoretical total of 403,496,689 voting rights.

However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 397,632,006. The discrepancy arises due to suspended voting rights on specific shares. Such suspensions typically involve treasury shares or shares under a liquidity contract.
