REPLOID's Strategic Entry into Oceania

REPLOID Group AG has announced its expansion into Oceania with a new sales company based in New Zealand. The company now holds 51%, while partners ASAMER Familienstiftung and Ferdinand Heilig each hold 24.5%. This move targets the rapidly growing organic residues market in New Zealand and Australia, fueled by Australia's Circular Economy Framework launched in 2024. The framework aims to improve resource efficiency and reduce food waste, exceeding 7.6 million tons annually, with a goal to halve this by 2030.

The entry strategy leans on partnerships with ASAMER Familienstiftung and entrepreneur Ferdinand Heilig, providing regional expertise. REPLOID will focus on operational project implementation. These partnerships aim to leverage the increasing government endorsement of converting waste to high-value raw materials using insect technology.
