Resilience and New Contracts for FONCIERE INEA in Q3 2026
FONCIERE INEA announces gross rental income of 57.3 million euros for the first nine months of 2026, marking a decrease of 6.4% compared to 2025. Despite a sluggish real estate market, the company has managed to maintain the resilience of rents on a like-for-like basis.
In a market down 28% and with a vacancy rate up to 7% in the main regional cities, INEA signed nearly 28,000 m² of new leases, including 9,500 m² of renewals.
Notable installations include Ionis Group in Aix-en-Provence and Veolia Environnement in Rennes. Indexation resulted in a slight increase in rents charged on a like-for-like basis (+0.7%), despite a decrease in recharged operating expenses.
On a like-for-like basis, the end of rental guarantees and the arbitration program led to a decrease in rental income. IFRS 16 also impacted recent results.
